Design and Place of Ads is Ok ?

    I'll have a think on this overnight. It's more than a couple of minutes help you need. As that layout's way too top heavy with ads to my mind

    Good website :) The ads are a little top-heavy though. Let the subs box remain at the top. People don't mind scrolling below the fold.

    You are doing totally wrong with this placement. Google AdSense do not permit to feel the ads above the fold of content. As soon as they are not seeing you, you are safe. Else you are going to be banned. Please keep in mind that ads should be placed along side with contents not just ads then content.
