I am looking someone that is good at designing layouts and duplicating landing pages while cleaning up the coding. For example, I would give you a site like cnn.com and tell you to clean up the coding so I can fill in the blanks with my content. Here are the list of requirements: 1.) Be able to transform PSD into XHTML./CSS 2.) Accept Paypal payments 3.) One live form of contact (aim, msn, yahoo, and gtalk.)
