Design a Press Pass - $50 First Prize Via Paypal

I am re-posting this offer with a better prize to encourage more participation.

I am looking for someone to design a press pass for me, here is the requirments:

1. All rights are transfered upon payment.
3. Pass should be color but nothing too complicated.
2. Dimensions should be 3 inches by 4 inches - 2 sided with the back side containing mostly text.
3. Words International Press Pass and the years 2008 - 2009 should appear on the front.
4. The largest font should be Press Pass, I might be interested in some other translations of those words in smaller font on the front and/or back, French, German, Spanish and other.
5. Completed work to be supplied in .psd format

7. There should be a 6 digit numeric code on the front and possibly a non-working bar code so it looks official.
8. There should be space left on the front should suit a photo image of 1 3/4" by 2".
9. The back should look similar to the front but there does not need to be a spot for a picture and it can have this text:

This press pass serves as proper identification that the holder is reporting and/or photographing news correspondence for a recognized service to be published in print/web and/or electronically. Please extend your cooperation in allowing our reporters access to the appropriate locations. 9. Contest will run for 5 days and expire at midnight.
10. I reserve the right to cancel this contest if there are fewer than 5 entries and/or if there is no suitable winner.
11. Depending on the quality of entries there might be a second and third place prize.
