Design a Press Pass - $30 1st prize, $15 2nd and $5 3rd

    I am looking for someone to design a press pass for me, here is the information:

    1. All rights are transfered upon payment.
    3. Pass should be color but nothing too complicated.
    2. Dimensions should be 3 inches by 4 inches - 2 sided with the back side containing mostly text.
    3. Words International Press Pass and the years 2008 - 2009 should appear on the front.
    4. The largest font should be Press Pass, I might be interested in some other translations of those words in smaller font on the front and/or back, French, German, Spanish and other.
    5. Completed work to be supplied in .psd format
    6. Site represented will be, www.Portal4Fashion. com, www.OnlineBusinessStartups. com, www.AllCelebGossip. com, www.TopSportsRumors. com, www.Portal4Travel. com, www.2BlogMusic. com, www.Portal4Health. com, www.TopUrlSearch. com, www.Portal4Finance. com,
    7. There should be a 6 digit numeric code on the front and possibly a non-working bar code so it looks official.
    8. There should be space left on the front should suit a photo image of 1 3/4" by 2".
    9. The back should look similar to the front but there does not need to be a spot for a picture and it can have text similar to this:

    9. Contest will run for 5 days and expire at midnight.
    10. I reserve the right to cancel this contest if there are fewer than 5 entries and/or if there is no suitable winner.
