Buying Design a cartoon character of my dog 50-100$

    I would like a cartoon character made after my dog. I am opening a kiosk at a local mall so i need this cartoon for various reasons.. such as, on my business card, on my stickers that will be on my bag, and on my future website. please contact me if you wish to do this job. will need it done within 3 days.
