Buying Design 2 Web Page Forms

    I would like them redesigned to be esthetically more pleasing
    Page one:

    If you have examples that would be even better.

    Paying 25.00 for psd designs Only
    -or-
    Paying overall 50.00 for designs and sliced to html tabled or tableless


    Please let me know what you can do.

    considering I gave 2 pricing tables more information and a better reply would be great stead of what only looks like a automated pre-made reply.
