    We have re-written the description mete tags a couple of days ago. But the new ones are still not showing up in Google search. How long does it take to update it?

    Depends on a few factors...

    Once Google has crawled your site with the new meta tags in it should update the information. However it can also depend on how often content of the page is updates, new links added etc etc

    Change the tags, update content, get a new link(s) should update in Google quicker
