    Google penguin is the new update for Google which is released by the google 24th april 2012. We can says that this is new update of Google panda. Google penguin do the penalize for over optimize website.

    The penguin update is:-

    No duplicate content
    No Cloaking
    No doorways pages

    It shows the some guidelines that every SEO have to follow, and should use the ethical SEO.
