Descrepancy in adsense reporting

Does anyone know why there may be a slight difference in the reporting stats.

In the advance reports, I set the date range to this month and the radio button to channel data and to show all.

It shows one set of figures and if I select aggregate data for the same date range it shows a different number, usually a little lower for each day.

Does anyone see this in their reporting as well?

do you have one of your url's set up as a channel?

    ie.

    your site:
    www.huh.com

has 2 ads. you have them channel a and channel b and you have your url set up as a channel. channel a gets 1 click for a $1 earning, channel b gets 2 clicks for $2 earnings. www.huh.com channel will show 3 clicks at $3. then is totals all of it at the bottom, so it will say you had a total of 6 clicks at $6. uncheck your url channels and display the report again, you will see it matches your total earnings.

    Thanks

I worked it out from your example.

I have channels for the domain name and individual urls. Looks like when I select all channels it doubles up on some of the clicks and thus earnings.
