    PTC Logical calculation:

    PTC program commission referral system has 3 levels (15% - 10% - 5%).
    For an ad for $ 0:01 sent to 1,000 members, the cost of advertising is $ 1,000 x x 0:01 (100% + 15% + 10% + 5%) = $ 13. This is the basic price, which the owner of the program does not get any benefit.

    If the owners want to benefit from the program by 10%, the cost of advertising is $ 13 x (100 + 10)% = $ 14.3

    To remain on the path to sustainable, then the minimum price at the top of the ad is $ 13 x (100 - 10)% = $ 11.7

    It is a SCAM. One of my friend reached the required dollars for withdrawal and got not payment. They simply reduced the amount in his account...
