    I'm wondering, is it a good idea to open a dental website right now ?? Is there a lot of competition and is there high paying keywords in this field ??

    Why not search on google yourself?Opening a dental website is a good idea.But maybe build a dental clinique is
    better.Then use the website to promote it and you will get a lot of money every day.Medical area is suitable to
    promote online.

    You could create a dental website and do well with it. Especially if you have knowledge on the subject. Use the Google keyword tool and find some keywords with traffic and low competition.

    Depending on the type of site you build, you could monetize it in many different ways. Adsense, affiliate products and there may be some products available on clickbank.
