    i tried letting others use mine but none every made anything so i withdrew my offer, trust me its betetr to use your own on your own sites, it just didnt work out for me letting others.

    basically what the OP is offering is a revenue share - he'll send you a portion of the $ generated via YPN ads on your site with his code.

    and its not allowed by YPN.
