DemoMarks webapp review site for sale

DemoMarks is going up for sale. You can view the site for most of the information about it but basically I started it 2 months ago and have been adding quite a bit of content (screenshot walkthroughs of web2.0 applications) and tech news. Here's all the details:

Built on:
Wordpress (host needs MySQL and PHP)

Includes:
Custom Logo (vector format) and modified template design
Review plugin
Unique domain name (before site creation the name did not pull any hits in google, there are now over 16k hits)
Full site and original content which would be owned by you
Site license for Mint Analytics Software (already built into site, $30 value)
I'll even throw in the Joost account I acquired through the site with the 2 invites it holds

Extra details:
45 subscribers to the feed already, site was getting about 300 uniques a day when I was posting regularly.
Many searches for products like 2Prong and Scriblist return my site in the first page results based on reviews I have done.
Limited support will be provided to transition the site to your server, but you are required to know whether your server meets the requirements of Wordpress or not.
Basically I've invested a lot of time and energy both into the design and content as well as building out links. I'm up to 350,000 in Technorati. The idea is unique and with the right person you could put ads on this site and generate a lot of business.

The $$$
I'm listing the site with a BIN of $400 because of the time invested, unique domain name, and proven results from a few short months of work. It's much less than what I would have charged a client to design a logo and modify a template. If you're interested PM me, I'll also take bids and questions in the thread.
