I have sent 3 request for the demo key so we could try the software but they have gone unanswered, right now we use modernbill but we would like to try this program, it is obvious by reading this forum that digital point has or is going out of business, I'm glad we did not try to switch right away to optigold we could not rely on them. My advice is if the company does not reply and you have sent several request then move on to another company that wants your business and will be there for the future of your company.
Agreed. We've already moved on, though the key came this afternoon. Just reading these forums (especially the year and a half old "update" thread with a decisive lack of ETA) was enough to convince me that this wasn't for my company. Thanks for the replies - And thanks to other members whose posts pointed me to a solution whose reps and developers actually wanted to work with us. My AgileISP system is already up and running!
Well after sending 3 request for the demo key, with no responses to any of our e-mails, I went ahead and posted some information here and we got 4 answers back with the key, I only sent 3?. Anyway we have tried the software a little and we love the way the invoices come out and the structure of the software We are still not convinced that this company is reliable especially after seeing how long they take to respond to potential customers, I worry how it will be if we buy the software. GREAT PROGRAM, not so good CUSTOMER SERVICE. We need a software we can build our company on.
