The background tiling image is too noticeable.. it jumps in my eyes especially under the "Statistics" text..

Menu is nice, the bullet image on the left of each category could be a little bit more refined (you can still see white pixels around it)

You should change the backgroudn color of the site to something different than white, maybe that yellowish-brown or black.

    Hope it helps...

Tiling i will fix but the background color is not white atleast my pc doesnt show it as white  but if u not like it i change it, cause after all sites are built for customers/vistors only :).
Well has the white gone now from the bullet images ?

Oh that tag, probably left over from my other directories main file as i port most data and tables from other exisiting directory of mine, actually its from i think from index.php or some other file main is linking to (oh wait u probably dont know how themes are made for phplink directory right so why am i explaining it to u?) and whats with template monster ? U guys all get templates from there ? Or maybe visit too many times template monster.

And is that a review comment or just bs comment?

Yes... same in Firefox. You need to make it slide across without big strikes in between..

I would get rid of the background for the main body, go with a solid. I detest light colors on a dark or textured background so im not very objective when it comes to that.

The header is fine, i would continue the pattern on the right side all the way across, Grrr the blue text though it is nearly neon up there. Light blue on white sucks too in the footer.

The menubar is pretty nice, just not SEF as there is no text associated with the links, I'd use css backgrounds and text instead of graphics on those.

get rid of the background yeah, I don't like the colour of the outside links too, I like the sub menu you have accross the top, that looks okay, but I would change link colour etc.

    Thanks for ur time guys.

Ok i will work on it but strange the footer pic doesnt appear in IE , its in jpg format so it should have appeared, and i will make different background what about a background like www.sbclansite.com instead of blue i can make it red, would that do? And the light blue u see for footer text is cause i have chosen in the stylsheet the text color to be light blue, which means if i change it all text link for descriptions will change. Or should i just use some other background for footer instead if so which color?

And the background in the middle (where u see the tiling effect) should i make it all red without dots or pure black or maybe be gradient effect of black and white? going across from left to right ?

You could change the class for those particular links and define a different color in your css.

Hmmm... perhaps a solid color on the background of the main area, a light color if possible, and the page background back to white.

Yes you should be able to change anything you want in the .tpl files if you are using smarty... i see you found it never mind.
