Demand URL before answering the question !

I have seen recently many of people asking various questions, but not giving any examples.
I would like to make it a habit for responders to ask about URL before giving the response.
How can you answer the question, -why my site is banned by Google-, when you don't see it ?
Another question, -I have seen the site with high PR, how it is possible- ?
When I look on topic of another thread - can this be sandbox ? - I do not want to read it, afraid that I have to ask about URL first [no offense here].
Each website is different, and each has to be treated in different way, so general answers do not help, but make more chaos and misunderstanding.

Yes it will be easy to reply for the experienced members after watching the the content quality, domain age and some other important things related to the websites.

    Yes thats true but also..
Some people dont want to show their websites for fear of giving away the niche or people copying them..

I agree, but its stupid to ask why ur site is banned when we dont know your site, so ifcppl dont wanna give out their site they wont get the help they need.

will you know why the site was banned if you were given the URL? if the publisher was doing click fraud or was vicitimized of click bombing, or had a banned account before, the site/account will get banned but there is no way for anyone to know that looking at the site. however, i do agree that disclosing the URL is helpfull in certain situation

Actually, there's no harming of asking their URL.. You can't check if a website is banned by google or not.

    Im confused about this one:

Are you asking is this possible for a website that is banned still has a high PR?
    - Yes.. is it possible.. Even though their website is banned it has nothing to do with their PR. Maybe they already have high PR before they are banned.

    I didn't get this one :
