I just read a quote which said "People are running towards the empty pot of gold near the end of rainbow, but they are missing the diamonds on their path." To elaborate this... you know what you love to do, some things would have made you happy, you can do that right now, but you don't do it. Thats missing the diamonds on your path. But still we are trying to find something else which we assume will give more happiness. Thats running towards the 'empty pot of gold' at the end of an imaginary path, 'the rainbow'. Practice what you preach! I am gonna relive my life. I know what I really love to do, and I am going to do it right now. Some of them are - organising and listening to great music, reading inspirational books which keep me energised, watching great movies, keeping my living place clean and neat, have an early start to college and enjoying the ride instead of hurrying up and being hasty everyday, caring for and nurturing great friendships. I can't think of anything more. But I can see that all my energy is not directed towards doing the things I love to do. from my blog - http://kdeepak.typepad.com/
Interesting theory... I already do lots of things that i love doing, unfortunately i also have to do things i hate.. There is a balance and life is about finding it.. When you leave college your whole outlook will change again..
