Pick up the phone and call them? I mean it is money, it should be important enough to give them a call if they have a phone number?
Call them. Thats the only thing you can do. If they dont lift the phone, try from a different number.
ya don't let your hard earned money slip away like that from your hands. it is your right to claim your money,call them and as them why this has happened.
It says payment was sent today(on the 7th).. its only the 13th.. maybe you live far enough away where it takes more then a week
If you are going to come onto a forum and say a company scamed you... back it up with proof! This sounds more like a miscommunication issue somewhere! As other have said, pick up the phone and call. I cannot tell you how many emails never make it to my inbox or vice versa due to heavy spam filters. -=Chipmunk=-
Have you looked for actual proof of payment from various users. Thats what I always do before I join any site.
