Delisted sites returning

A site of mine that had been delisted by Google over a year ago started showing up in the index again last week. First I saw only PR and backlinks, but then by Thursday I had pages in the index again.

Has anyone else noticed delisted sites showing up again?

I have a site that disappeared months ago and I have been trying to get in re-included but nothing happened until now when it suddenly showed up again. Are they going back to an old algo or did they actually re-include my site or what?
One thing is sure with Google, you can never figure them out :(

Yes! A week or two ago Phynder.com got some PR back - it had been de-listed about a year ago...

Looks like all the pages are supplemental... Oh well, one step at a time...

They are doing the Walmart Roll back again. They roll back a grouping of datacenters to a past date to implement a new algo. Then they calculate the speed it takes the data center to re-cache the web. For Google it's all about speed and results. The faster their search engine can index the web ~ the further they stay ahead of Yahoo, MSN and Ask.
