Have you ever faced this? My product was removed from Clickbank's marketplace 3 weeks ago. I found out that because I searched on the marketplace using keyword of my niche. normally it appeared ranking 20+ something, but one day I suddenly could not see the search result anymore. I asked Clickbank and after 4 emails without reply, yesterday I received the email saying that it is because my activation fee is flagged as potentially fraudulent order. How can that happen? I activated my product 2 months ago and so far Clickbank can not receive any complaint, because I paid using my money.
Hi Sirnoucamp, as far as i know, clickbank will remove your product from the marketplace if you (using your affiliate ID) or an affiliate has not induced a sale of your product in the last 30 days- so you have to make at least one affiliate sale every 30 days to ensure inclusion in the marketplace. That case is only for people who in the eyes of clickbank are behaving themselves. It seems that in your case, they believe something not quite whitehat has taken place, possibly due to fraudulent payment or whatever. Have you bought other people's products using the same payment method lately (ie, same credit card as you used to make payment of activation fee, or same paypal email)? Perhaps it is worth replying to their mail and asking them for more details on what happened. Maybe it is a case of mistaken identity. Oh, and good luck!
thanks livingingermany, i made sales almost everyday so i dun think sales is a problem... but i did use my same cc to purchase some other pple products dun know whether it is a problem
