Hello, I’ve tried solutions in older threads with no success. Is there a way to actually delete an uncategorized category? I know about going to the admin panel and disabling uncategorized post but this simply hides the category. Is there a way to fully delete it? I don’t even know how it was created. Thank you!
The uncategorized category is created by default in a brand new installation of Wordpress. Rename it to an actual category that you would like your website to have, that's the way I do it at least.
