    While you're looged in to blogger, go to your blogs home page (or the post page) and click comments (2 comments, 4 comments etc) on the home or post page.
    You will see a trasch can icon below every comment if you're logged in, click and it's done.

    In the admin control panel for wordpress, under options general tab, look under the heading, Genaral settings, membership.

    In Blogger dashboard - Go to Settings>Comments then set for 'hide comments' and 'New post have no comments'. :)
