Deleting accounts won't free VPS diskspace

I have terminated several reseller accounts and their respective clients recently (needs must) however the reduction in diskspace usage was not comparative to the amount of space deleted.

Is there a way to find out what is using up the space, is there a way to check it? I used the du -sh command on /home/* however this does not come near to the amount of diskspace used on the status2k script page???

Please help, I would like to reclaim the space used by these now deleted accounts!

You have. cPanel terminates /home/user/* and removes everything, the data is gone and you have your diskspace back. Use df -h to view your filesystems which is probably what status2k does.

    I thought you're a host ;)
