Deleting a particular AdSense text

    In the link units, how can I delete the color background directly underneth the text "Ads By Google"? Or, is this against TOS? If it isn't, can I delete that entire text? Also, can it be deleted in other ads like banners & rectangles? If not, no biggie . . . .

    few years back.. it was possible.. probably you can't remove it now.

    Are you talking about the border ? Cause if you change the color to match your site it will go away.

    Not the border, because I know how to add or blend colors to make it disappear...just the actual wording "Ads By Google"....wonder if there is an inside trick or if it completely violates TOS?

    it is against adsense TOS to remove Ads By Goolge. so i recommend you to don't try this.

    Yes we can't mess with adsense codes its against tos , why don't you login to your account and create new add box specific to your needs again .

    Thanks to one & all. No, I'm not messing with the code then. I'll leave it as is . . .I was just curious. I have 19 web sites and have AdSense used throughout these various sites...some more, than on others. They are all different types of content. One deals with running....another about medieval and another regarding travel tips and so on. Seventeen of them were launched last December alone.
    In any case, I was wondering how or if I was even allowed to "tweak" the code. Thanks

    borders can be removed. Google Adsense text on all ad units won't. If you want to delete the background underneath the google ads text, nobody has done it yet. But if you are referring to the text google adsense ads, you can simply remove them by applying for a premium publisher.

    Whoa Jimmychen . . . I was aware you could apply for becoming a "Premium Publisher". How? And what are the benefits? Can you direct me to a link? If you have thoughts of your own personal experience as a "PP", let me know as it would be interesting to hear....like how it has benefitted you, success stories etc.? Hope you are doing well. Also, is there a cost to become a "PP"?
