Deleting a menu in Joomla template / moving some modules to other position [ 10-15$ ]

    Hi,

    I installed a joomla template, tweaked it myself a bit but can not seem to find or how to do the following:

    # Delete the upper menu - and condense the upper part of header - less size

    # Put hover effect of the upper menu to the lower menu (meaning to show subcategories on roll over

    I am willing to pay 10 to 15 $ depending on outcome of the results and time.
    As I understand it is not much of coding but do not personally know about this joomla thing.

    Can do it in $50.. The hover over display of subcategories is some work and time consuming.. You cannot just copy from top and put in left since top is horizontal display and left is vertical display. Let me know if you are interested.
