From an initial bid of US $25,000 at eBay, bidding for deleted.com has risen to $42,100.00.

Bike.com sold last month for $500,000 and WirelessPhone.com for $355,000. Even a fairly average CreditCare.com just sold on Tuesday, 27 June for $125,000. Deleted.com is a superior domain name to to the latter.

There are 216,000,000 results on Google for “deleted” and the domain name could have a number of uses, including deleted stress, deleted debt, deleted pain, deleted data or deleted domains.

The domain name receives over 400 type-in visitors a day and has a Google Page Rank of 4. The price includes a developed website.
We have just uploaded some screenshots to show a few things. First off, http://www.deleted.com/ebay/oneweekstats.jpg . Here you can see the consistancy of users. Sedo's Tracker is installed which also monitors the traffic. Visit here: http://www.deleted.com/ebay/toptensedo.jpg (only put it up two days ago); in this shot you can also see that Deleted.com is in the top 10 current domains on Sedo ranked for traffic.

However, its content and existing traffic are insignificant compared to its value as a one word dot com domain name. Sedo - the largest domain transaction and resell company in the world - has selected deleted.com to be in their Top Domains List. Only around 300 domains are chosen for this category from over 4 million domains listed!

As businesses move online, deleted.com will only increase in value. The eBay auction represents a unique opportunity to own the Beverly Hills of cyberspace.

The eBay auction can be found here.

Damn it, the counter at Ebay has not been working for the last couple of days. Is there any other way of checking how many people have visited our auction (I know there's dozens watching it!)

    Cheers :)
