I accidentally deleted the admin file from public_html/admin the backup of the server has overwritten the last back up and it was done after the admin folder was deleted. I hadnt had any work done in the admin really but all the skinning has been done, the site skin etc is still there (http://www.luxico.com) - is there anything I can do to re-upload the admin file?
Hello, no problem i think you have for got to say what file you have deleted, take back up of your database and then take current back of your magento root directory then upload the file you have deleted from fresh magento pack [if you have not made any changes in design of admin panel and code changes in core file i.e app/code/]this will do no need to worry about categories because thi will be in database try it out but dont forget to take back up this is very very important
