I have had more posts deleted here in a week than I have every where else in years.

Who is so delete happy?

Hmm, maybe.

 

odds are 80% of your posts are "welcome", "me too", "i agree".

 

Posts like that are pretty useless, wouldn't you agree?

Here's a rule of thumb:

If your post is shorter than your signature it's spam.

Now study this link and try to honestly say whether you feel you have contributed great posts:

Based on such track records, we tend to remove everything because we can only assume you are racing to a certain post count for personal gain rather than to benefit the community at large.

 

uh oh. more than half my post are spam.

but WMBug's sig is 0 character long, so technically none of it is spam.

 

Another version is "If the post is shorter than the thread title or the OP's sig, it's probably spam".

Considering WMBurg chose to name this thread something as descriptive as 'delete' my hunch is 90% of his/her posts weren't thought out very carefully.
