Delete Transaction From PayPal

Hello,
Please can anyone tell me how is this possible delete transaction from PayPal ? the reason is that someone hack into my friend PayPal Account transfer money & then delete the transactions.

 

u can send it to archieve. u can never delete it completely

Paypal transactions are never deleted. They are intact and even the owner of the paypal account is unable to delete them.

 

how is that possible? But I think your friend can get the money back..

 

It can't be possible to delete the transaction history from PayPal account.

No transactions on PayPal can be deleted, even by the hacker.

 

We cannot delete transactions completely, but you can remove it from front page of account summary. You can always check transactions of any type like sending and receiving.

 

there is not any way to delete transaction history form paypal.

 

I guess transactions in paypal can't be deleted .so don't worry mate .

 

when your friend know, he will dispute the transaction and get the money back

 

Since his account was hacked, it would be best to deactivate the account and create a new one. There might be a chance that the hacker will attempt to hack it again and the process might cycle again.

 

Wouldn't be necessary I more streamlined process would to simply use a secure password for both the paypal account and email related to paypal account...

You can do it by closing your paypal account and reopening again.
Closing of account will permanently loose all the recent history logs.

It might just be possible but maybe a more technical way.
I mean what made the hacker gain access into your friend's PayPal could also help him with some other functionalities.
But generally, you can't do so.

 

I think in order to delete it you can click on the option archive. It will be quite more useful.
