deletation time of a .com domain

    Well, I am just curious..

    It takes 5 day for the pending delete period of the .com domain, but i want to know on the 5th day according to which time zone the domain gets deleted.

    I was having an eye on a domain, its the sixth day here, but the .com domain is still pending delete.
    anyone can guide me?

    In my experience it takes a random amount of time between 3-20 days for a .com registration to expire after the official expiration date. It probably varies by registrar.

    thats not true.. A .com domain takes 5 days to be dropped and drops on sixth day, but according to what time zone..?

    Last I checked, it'll be released on its "6th" day between 1-2PM Eastern Standard Time in
    Virginia. That's where the .com Registry is located.
