Today Clickbank has issued in its log: "Delayed Hop Analytics 2009-02-18 From approximately 11:00 p.m. PST on 2009-02-17 to 6:00 a.m. PST on 2009-02-18 we were unable to fully load and calculate all Hop analytic data. As a result, Hop analytics were showing only partial data and were not accurate. The issue has now been resolved and all analytics are up-to-date. No data was lost during this time, only delayed. The processing of Hoplinks and orders was not affected. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused." Do you think that these hops were delayed? Personally, I fell I lost many a hops and even orders today.
I have to agree with you I know for a fact that on the 17th that one of my products were puchased through my hoplink but it never showed up in the figures. Is there anything we can do about this? Thanks Pete
I have an affiliate account that I hav'nt used for months, getting the odd hop - question is are hops crossing between your affiliate accounts?
I don't know if it is a related issue, but there is an issue with tracking ID on HopAdsBuilder code... it works in the sense I see my ID credited with a hop on the vendor page and in the checkout... but I never see the TID showing up in my clickbank account when I check (I have seen some hops appear, but not when I checked my own link).
