ok si here goes this might seem as a stupid question but i set up my nameservers as ns1.mydomain.biz and ns2.mydomain.biz then setup my website (yesterday) and use them as the nameservers five mins later people in the us and canada can view the site 9only 2 countrys ive tried) im in the uk and all i get is cannot find server and have also asked a few other people in the uk and they get the same thing and i know it can tak2 up to 72 hours but the longest ive ever had to wait before was like an hour some people can see the site while others cant the only thing i can think of is that using .biz domains as nameservers may be having a big delay in some countrys???:confused::confused:

Well, why dont you wait ? There's no known issues with biz domains as nameservers.

It is actually resolved, but as your ISP is carrying your old dns caches, thats why its not working with you :) . You may wait 24 hours so that in the meantime your ISP cleans it automatically or can ring your ISP saying them to clean your old dns cache. Last step should give you an instant update of new nameservers :)

You also can try doing flush dns caches by repairing your Network Connection. But most of time it doesn't clear the caches from the ISP server.

    Good Luck.

well its been 48 hours 90% of other people can see the website just seems to be a few isps in the uk i work hard all day on my websites they get good trafic i cant afford for them sites to be down for a few days then it takes another few days to build the traffic back to normal

im just hoping its the nameservers as theyve not been up that long and the first tie its been used for a website so hopefully in another 24hrs or so it should work and that there isnt a big delay again or ill just get a new server waste of $200 but hey **** happens:):):)

It wont take another few days.

The general defined time is at max. 72 hours

But usually, (in 99.9% of cases) its max. 48 hours.
