Delay in payment. Anyone experience this?

Hi, I'm new to this forum but I in need of advice from you all.

The problem I had is delay is payment. I still waiting for my Dec and Jan earnings. Previously when I request for my Dec earnings, it lost in the mail. So I emailed them and they had it reissue while I waited. Then I had another payment for January and it never came too.. So again I had them reissue. Till now I haven't got the check yet and I got fed up and instead of asking them to reissue I put to hold so I can could withdraw into 1 big sum.

2 checks have not arrive in time. Has anyone experience this before? I'm tired of waiting. So currently my ALL my payments are put to hold and I'm afraid that the coming cheque will lost in mail AGAIN. I mail the support to verified my address and all they can do is just reissue again the check. Last I checked my address is correct.

 

i have never had a problem getting a check from adsense..how could it be lost in the mail so much?

 

Which country are you from ? If the postal service is not too stable in your country, you might want to request for the express mail, it cost a little more but should be more secure.

 

I never experienced this, I think is better for you to request a direct deposit, which is fast and safe. Unless you are not in the US

I'm from Singapore. My very first check in Nov go through. But then, I shifted house due to family problems so I changed my address. The google support told me that the address has been changed so I should received to my new address.

 

Normally Singapore will receive the check 2 days after PIP.. Roughly at the end of the month. I am from Singapore as well.

Check that if you have wrong address.

I have never had a similar problem. My check is sent with express delivery on 2 days to Tunisia.

 

There's a simple solution. Pay $25 for secure delivery (DHL) and you will get your check within 3 days after they dispatch it. You can even track it.

 

Does DHL deliver to your doorstep? Or just that I receive payment on time? Thanks

 

Trust me, if you are from Singapore, don't bother doing that. I got all my previous checks within 3 days even without DHL.

 

Within 3 days? My very first check arrived in 3 weeks. And now it's taking forever. But I'll check with the support

 

Maybe you should double check the address it is being sent to but I personally have not experienced this.

 

Anyway, google support replied and they told me that the address I gave them is correct. Lets just wait and see next month. By the way how does secure delivery work? Does it send to your doorstep? Or just fast service to your mailbox?

 

DHL send it to your home address. Its fast (usually 3 days after check is dispatched) and you can track your shipment anytime like what is it's current status and where is it right now..
