Delay 15 seconds with outgoing connection???

    Hi all,

    My server has a problem:
    - FTP connection to a FTP server, HTTP connection to a URL (even localhost) delay EXACTLY 15 seconds
    - SendMail server takes about 1 minutes to deliver email.

    This problem has never occured before.

    I tried turn off iptables, pure-ftpd, ... but the problem still exists.

    Never mind. It's OK now :D Maybe there's some problem with my HP, and they fixed it :)
