i am non-us, thinking about incorporate a delaware LLC. what are the running costs, other than setup fee? I am earning about $500 pm, is it really necessary to have myself a company name? thanks!
i am not sure i can remember somebody suggested that if you dont make atleast $10k per month, there is no use in incorporating a delaware LLC? is it true?
A big advantage of LLC is limiting your liability. So depending on what you are doing there's always a point in getting a LLC, no matter your income.
Actually I am not sure you would find the protections the same as a resident of the United States. Are you doing business in the US or with US based businesses? What liability are you trying to limit? There are also rules that must be adhered to once you become incorporated. If you do not follow these rules, then the corporate veil of protection is no longer intact in the court eyes, and you could be found liable. Also depending on your countries laws you could be subject to tax where you live and as a US Corporation - US taxes. You should consult a lawyer before doing anything else.
Which has nothing to do with the original post which is: setting up a Limited Liability Corporation in the State of Delaware.
