We had Adwords activity previously managed by an external company delivering xxx number of clicks per day, xxxx number of impressions. We've now brought this activity in-house under a new account, everything in the setup is exactly the same as when the campaign was under the external company. However many keyword group's impressions are zero since the campaign started (just under a week ago). There is basically no activity at all! I've checked all settings, bids are high enough for top spot, the ads are coming up when I perform my tests (and are being tracked), so I have no idea what the problem could be! I've had 3 Adwords support people look at the account and they just give me reasons like too small geo-targeting, seasonal variance etc. They've even escalated the problem to their 'specialist team' with no joy. But the company previously running these campaigns were seeing decent activity, which is what really stumps me! (they are v reputable company) Can anyone suggest anything, or possibly how to ensure Google take this more seriously and get extra people looking at it? I realise they have many hundreds of thousands of Adwords customers, but simply saying they can't see a problem really doesn't seem to be good enough when we want to spend money with them.
