Defining the meaning of FREE

Hey, I have been around for a little bit but I have seen the freebies section is not at all for getting free things.

Most of the people posting there offer freebies in exchange of registering at "x" forum, signing for sponsored "free deals", stumble, digg or do whatever else.

Ladies and gentlemenl, this is not what means free buyt just a forum for trading freebies so I suggest a sticky clarifying the meaing of such term or change the name for "Freebies Trading" instead.

Free should be no cost to the receiver, as well as no hidden catch, or effort.\

these days there are not many "Free" things in the freebies section

 

People are just stupid. You see a thread offering something for free then you have to make 10 posts on their forum etc. that is not free at all. I don't think a sticky would make much difference imo.

It's a temporary (and admittedly not perfect) solution to help minimize itrader abuse while we're working on a better long term solution.
