I just tried searching in google for sample of the post, the same text appears on other websites, looks like a copy and paste of someone else's offer, or of course this could be the same guy in the other forums/sites/ moremarketingnow .com/seo .html blackhatworld . com and others. Soem of these ads go back over 6 months. Maybe this is someone reselling another company/person's service?
