Default SEO Option in Theme

    I am going to start SEO of my new ecommerce site and I have this SEO options by default in my site theme (woocommerce) so I still need to have any SEO plugin? or better to use plugin for SEO?
    Kindly help please.

    You want to change your permalinks from inside your dashboard. Set them to post then you won't have all those numbers but it will be the title of your content. Better for SEO

    These numbers, I myself wrote during snapshot. I just wanted to know that better to use plugin or should I activate this default SEO option, is enough for SEO?
