We have daily email conversation with our customers related to work updates. About 2 months back we started email marketing campaign for new business on daily basis. Now our normal conversational emails to our customers has started bouncing back. I checked our domain & ip for blacklist but there is no problem with that.
I would suggest using a well known email marketing platform, such as Aweber, for your email campaigns. Also, problem could be technical.
We used Amazon SES & Sendgrid they are reputed services with thousands of customers. We have just found that our ISP had also put some restrictions on our emails. But I am wondering since I used the SMTP of Amazon & Sendgrid with their dedicated IP how can it affect my ISP reputation?
