Deer Hunting site - PR - Ad Sense Revenue - etc

I'm slowly selling off many of my sites.

Today's offering features DeerHuntingSpot.com.

Google: This blog has original content and is a PR 2. It's currently ranked #90 for deer hunting and #22 for deer hunting tips. And that's with no active promotion.

AdSense: At the end of June 2007 I put Ad Sense on the site. It's earned $63.77 in six months, so about $10.50 per month. CTR in that span was 11.6%.

This month, the site is at $12.28 earned as of mid-day on the 17th. November was a good month too, so perhaps the site is taking off now.

This traffic is just organic auto-run stuff. I haven't promoted it or spent any time with the site since putting it online.

ClickBank: I added a deer hunting program from ClickBank on the site and made a couple sales totaling $30.

The domain is through PowerPipe (enom system). The winning bidder will receive the user/pass to the domain's admin. You can then transfer it as you wish.

The site uses a WordPress.

I accept payment via PayPal.

Given the exclusive content, earnings, PR and so forth, I'm setting the following conditions:

Everything earned and that you see is done with zero effort. I put it online, messed around a little and left it.

The content is original, yes.

It's funny, but I almost deleted the auction this morning. I started wondering what would happen if I spent 1-2 hours writing a little more content for it and perhaps did a couple marketing things. Guess I can't now.

Anyway, the high bid is $140 as of now.

What kind of link building, directory submitting has been done on the site?

 

If memory serves, not much.

I may have paid a few bucks to have it submitted to a couple of directories back when the site went online, which was around August 1, 2006.

And I believe I added the link to a couple of article submissions.

Like I said, not much was done and it's where it's at now.
