Buying Deep linking service required

    I have 15 pages that need a single keyword linked.
    i would like to build 20-30 links to each page.
    because they are deep links, I do not want directory submissions unless you can get instant listing. I also do not want profile links.
    articles, blogs, blog comments, links on pages, forums, etc, etc...
    I want the links to be already 'approved' to be checked.

    I would prefer a couple different ways to build the links, but let me know how you want to do it. Send me pricing and how you will be building the links and all the details
