    Here are three of my PR5 directories that allow it and they also allow deep linking so you can submit multiple pages from the same site.

    Submit4Backlinks.com
    WRdir.com

    This depends on the directory.

    The higher the pagerank the more you pay (Not Always)

    The better the directory the more benefit your site will receive.

    Also submitting to directories that offer extra deeplinks is also a good investment.
