Deep link submission on directories

Hi all,
I am starting to think about the deep link submission currently. But got some questions like what if your site is already listed on a directory for the link then you submit a deep link to the same directory? With the same title? or got to be a different title? Would'nt it be rejected if the url arleady exist ? i.e abc.com exist then you submit abc.com/a

Having a hard time defining how to plan deep linking submission or how to build your deep link , links...

How do you guy's are doing it?

Blogs,,,, meet people with blogs. Find blogs. Create some news about your site like an article and start propositioning people to hook it up for you. Get to know some people with blogs and you get yourself some good deep links.

 

Thanks Webfu. Will check this out. And beside blogs, anybody have a compiled list of directories that accept deep links?
And what about you have something link 1000's deep links in your site, this looks like a long and painful job to develop your inner page backlinks.
I really have no ideas so I might sounds as is!!

I prefer the sites which have deep links available.Like this Web Directory.

DaDMan, www.a.com url is not the same as www.a.com/b.html so the directories will most of the time not know that the link already extists. The question is only if they accept deep links or not.

 

Many directories check just the domain to see if the link exists..most don't check subdomains though

thanx guys i will use some of these directories to get some deep links.

 

i think most of the directories will not accept deep submission.

on the other side , all big search engines checks the ip of link so deep link submission will not effect serp results
