Deducting 2.5%+0.30$ for receiving payment to personal account

I am paypal user for past 2 years and my balance will not deduct if i receive a payment but now they are charging 2.6%+0.30$ for every transaction. Mine is a verified paypal personal account. Today i received 3.5$ from which 0.44$ is reduced. Paypal sucks...

When i saw some news revolving on paypal charges then i understood they are charging for receiving payments.

But many users are paying with paypal so don't have an option other than paypal.

Well, they changed their policy for no fee in personal accounts way back.
So, its better to have a premier account. And fee will be there in it also.

So what is the difference between premier account and personal account in paypal and how much they charge for respectable account types.

Personal Is for Personal Payments! Preferable to Buyers as paypal say so! All Account Type depends on What it is used For! Business account is for people who wants to Link Paypal with their business! Premier is for people who are something more than Personal, and are not onto Buissness :D

The issue is they did not notify about this change to their users. The reason is pretty obvious though.

Fully agreed paypal is ripping of almost every people no matter whether you have personal , premier or business account...
If you transfer 100 times in a month, paypal will ripoff 100x0.45 = $45 without any efforts ... (our hard earned cash-paypal sucker)

I think with premier you can use merchant tools.
I don't know if personal can use merchant tools.
