    Rev is currently unknown and honestly not even attempted. If you have run a toplist/proxy you should be able to estimate revenue.

    Not that I 'can't' I have not even attempted to optimize the sites for revenue one bit.

    Sorry way too low of an offer, I have sold multiple smaller toplists for more ;)

    Information is there, you may think it's only worth $80, I however don't and will not sell it for anywhere near that ;)
    Not only that, the domain name is pretty damn good IMO, compared to topproxy.info and all the other .info and butchered crap out there that passes as 'domains' these days.

    maybe some more detailed traffic information? I would never pay more than $100 for a site with this minimum of information.

    Look my offer is based on your information not on the possible value...

    Everyone has different ideas of what is 'minimum info', just as everyone has what they will list, what they will take ;)

    The domain name itself has value, not simply 'possible value' the domain and subdomain also has PR, this is real value not 'possible value' the domain and subdomain also have traffic and members, that is real value not 'possible value'

    If I was going off of possible value I'd be wanting much more ;)

    PR is worthless I know a lot of sites with no PR having more traffic than websites showing a PR5,

    tell me about your traffic sources (referer, countries...)

    You know much better than me what you can show me, and don't forget your the seller and I'm the customer ;)

    Ahh yes generally low pr is worthless IMO as well, not everyones though ;) This gives true value to the site.
    I will try to attach a screen shot, I will not under any circumstance however show 'referrer info'
    I have not forgotten anything, I am in no rush to sell the site and am telling it how it is.
