Dedicated windows server with unlimited sql server space for my new website
I'm looking at a dedicated windows server(asp.net) with unlimited sql server space for my new website. Sql server enterprise/work group license is really expensive, I am trying to see if I can use sql server web as license costs around $20 per month. I need good server with at least 500 GB space and 4GB ram. My budget is flexible based on the configuration.

    Thanks for any help.

You should post in the Buy/Sell forum section, under Web Hosting. BurstNet has good prices in the US, and OVH has good prices in Europe.

I can tell you now that you won't be able to use the Web Edition because providing it for dedicated server customers is outside the licensing rules for this edition. That version is for web hosts only to provide shared SQL Server hosting for their customers, not for customers to use it exclusively for themselves. It may seem like splitting hairs, but that is the terms of the MS licence and your host risks MS finding out and losing their rights to their MS SPLA if they supply you with the Web Edition under these circumstance. I'm not sure of the workgroup edition. Standard and Enterprise would be OK, but these are in the region of $180 per CPU for Standard and a lot more for Enterprise.
