Where the best offers for the dedicated VPS are presented?
Heard much of hostv.com hybrid servers, even that they have been awarded as the best Dedicated VPS, but are they really that great and cool?
Can you share the experiencve or knowledge?

I believe he/she means VPS, the term is semi-dedicated and not Dedicated. You can have a look at our VPS plans and open a ticket if you require any further assistance.

Are you referencing a virtual dedicated? I assume so, it's often nothing else than a large VPS, but since it's quite large, it actually gets closer to being a dedicated as it matches the level of resources and power of a dedicated, but is still sharing the actual box with other VPS's.

Usually there is a small price difference, where the VPS is a bit cheaper. Because you are in fact sharing equipment, some hosts will not give you SSH access and even some will not let you install a few things. And you also run the risk of someone else on the machine running something really processing intensive and heavy, thus monopolising shared resources like cooling fans and network cards. A truly dedicated after all only handles your things, while a VPS, however private it now may be, is still nothing but a shared environent.
