    Ok, First I have made a request before, but would like to see if anyone offers the following

    (dont care about spec of server)
    (free cpanel/os)

    Bandwidth much be Unmetered/Unlimited
    Dedicated Connection Line
    Speed 20mbps/30mbps+

    Pst your offers from 20mbps
    Also, how much Download/Upload Speed would 20mbps provide?

    What is your Approx budget considered "cheap?"
    well you can get some pretty cheap servers, but as for Free Cpanel with it your not likely to get anything,

    Cpanel can cost upto $ 45.00 /month (and as low as 38.00 i think )
    and MAYBE a little cheaper, but im not working for Cpanel lol

    anyways let us know if you find anything or need any help.

    20mbit is approx 6tb per month usage , and approx speed is 4mb/sec but still varies from location to location , try gigenet :)
