Dedicated staff members wanted.

I have a forum that's growing but growing slowly. I need people to help move it along. I'm looking for some moderators who can dedicate at least an hour a day to posting and watching the forums. The job currently doesn't pay any cash but as the forum grows and hopefully brings in some money, staff members will be paid. I'm sure it'll be quite the wait though.

Don't bother applying if you're going to just post a few times, get bored, then leave. I'm looking for DEDICATED staff members. PM me if you have any questions or you are interested in the position.

Also, if you're seriously interested go to the forum, register, PM me[over there] your username and how you heard about the position. I'll get you started as soon as possible. Of course if you abruptly stop posting for a long period of time with no notice, you will be demoted.

Yes, that's what I clearly said. I also clearly stated that it's only temporary and I will be paying them eventually.

Hours spent on computer a day:6-9
Hours spent on forums a day: 5-8
Hours spent doing some type of work a day:3-6

I have a suggestion regarding your forum, if you want to read it, highlight the text below.

You should get someone to design you a nice forum header. It's a shame that a forum with lots of posts has such a bad header image. Believe it or not people will leave the site if they find the header ugly... like I did.... it was big, annoying and not well done. Just my 2 cents.

 

I'm interested to be a dedicated staff member, I can work for 3-4 hours a day out of my time.

I think I agree with NextGenXBox. For a sure income, please make your beautiful attractive to people first so $$$ would also come.

I work 8 hours a day 7 days a week, does that make me DEDICATED?
